The complete Cocoa Collection is all handmade. Therefore the collection is made to order. Our main goal is to get our customers their desired goods as soon as possible, please allow 7 days processing time and up to 14 days for our Cocoa collection to be received. If you order other items which are not in the Cocoa collection you will receive your order that’s not in the collection as will be delivered to you before hand.

UK Standard Delivery

Next day delivery

All orders must be made before 1pm to receive your order the next working day. Please note, this does not apply on weekends.

UK First Class Delivery 

Please allow up to 1 - 3 working days to receive your order.

International delivery

We also offer international delivery to a wide range of countries, select your country for delivery times and charges. Please allow up to 14 working days for this service.

Delivery Service

All of our deliveries are handled by a reliable mail service, which is why we use a sign for service. Please make sure someone is present at the address given to accept your delivery, If no one is home a card will be left stating whether we will re-deliver or for you to collect from your local depot. Please do not refuse any deliveries, if a delivery is refused you will be charged for both the delivery to you and the return.
